You want to create the right kind of prospect, not just any prospect

That’s just an example title (reflecting the advice in the last post).

Re. images: there are 3 things you need to be able to do.

  1. Find / scan / take / make images.  You need to be able to get images from somewhere (or create them).
  2. Edit images (using an image editor like PhotoShop).  Not essential, but it helps to be able to crop, resize, tweak things.
  3. Upload them to your domain (using the Wordpress control panel)
  4. Add them to a post and resize them (using the Wordpress control panel)

‘Cut out images against white’ look effective - create a sense of space on the page.  Square or rectangular images look blocky by comparison.

And make your headings echo the keywords in your title (at least make it related to the words in your post title)

And then write content that is - naturally - related to the title (of course!) and useful and informative for your audience.  In your case, it’s useful to think of each ‘tip’ as a self-contained item for your newsletter.  If you write them from that perspective, you’ll be able to take advantage of the newsletter plugin’s ’select posts to include in newsletter’ simplicity.

Next post I’ll mention images.
